My 8 yr old son took some pictures of me today and I thought he did such a great job wanted to share them with you! I didn't do anything special with my hair. I washed my hair and decided to just wear it naturally straight. I usually do curl my locks because i like my hair with volume. You can see my layered length in these pictures. I'm really proud of myself for not coloring my hair. Every time I see someone with color I have to tell myself no, no, no give your locks a break! So it's been 9 months since I colored my hair and I'm still going strong! :-)
9 months!?Wow,that's great, I come across some bloggers who do it almsot every month after vowing not to,well done!Your locs are beautiful.I love their fullness..everything about them.Thank you for sharing your son's good work!
ReplyDeleteThank you Thandi for your comments! Yes I can't believe it's been 9 months since I used to color my locks red every 8 weeks! I noticed that I was damaging my hair when I colored. My locks were getting thin. There are pics of me when I had color on this Blog. I colored my hair black back in March so I wouldn't have to color my hair for awhile. My locks are now a lot healthier and fuller ;-)
