I do a 2 strand twist after washing my hair so I have more volume but it does take away from the length. I will take a picture in the future showing true length. One photo shows my good friend Tifany rocking her Sisterlocks I started in May 2008.

Great idea. My hair is on the fine side and thin up top. I may try the two strand twist next time I wash. Do you undo the twists at some point?

I have the same cap except mine is a jewel-tone turquoise color. I'm glad that you took pictures with it on because this will give me a better idea of how to wear mine since i've never worn a cap like this before. Great pics! :-)

ReplyDeleteHi karen, twisting your hair is great for fine hair! Helps make the hair look fuller. If I air dry will wear twists for at least 24hrs. I will wear a crochet beret/hat like the one you me wearing in a photo here. I have several colors lol. I then undo twists when hair is completely dry.
